At Sari Swim and Active, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you need to return an item, please reach out to us within 7 days of your purchase. We want you to love every aspect of your experience with us, so we'll do everything we can to make sure you're happy with your order.

Returns:

At Sari The Label, we want to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality products and service. For this reason, we can only accept returns if the item is in its original condition with all tags and hygiene labels intact. Swimwear must be unwashed and unworn for the return to be valid. We regret that we cannot process refunds or returns for items that have had their hygiene tags or swimwear tags removed. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds:

At Sari Swim and Active, we want to make sure you're completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your item, we're happy to offer store credit or an exchange, provided that the item is returned in its original condition. If you need to exchange your item for a different size, we'll do our best to accommodate your request, but if your preferred size is not available, we'll issue store credit instead.
